I want to take a moment to talk about post-construction cleaning and the pre-cleaning that happens even before the actual post-construction clean.
You know, for the last four years, we've really been building our experience with post-construction cleaning, both in the commercial side and the residential side. We're getting very in tune with it.
We have crews that are very well versed in it and they've become really experts in the field.
From the time we put our proposal together to talk about a rough clean to a final clean and then a true final inspection, leaving a little bit of time to make sure that before anybody moves in, it's completely taken care of.

DAY LABOR OR TEMPORARY LABOR FOR LARGER PROJECTS AVAILABLE:
Another thing we've kind of discovered just by being on site, we get especially to some of the large commercial projects is that typically they have temporary labor or day labor servicing just the daily picking up of the garbage and miscellaneous items that happen on a construction site.
We're able to provide good quality day labor for that construction site that's leading its way into a post-construction clean.
