Bi-Lingual Team Leader

 

Directs company internal and external services, installation and client service departments. Ensures that sales, marketing and customer service goals are met and maintained, and strives to exceed. Implements departmental budgets and targets based on a thorough understanding of company and client needs, niche markets and economic trends. Oversees the delivery and implementation of all company products, good and services and ensures timeliness, accuracy and quality of delivery. 

 

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

• Ability to create and analyze targets and budgets and make recommendations for corrective action.

• Thorough knowledge of all company systems and operations and procedures.

• Working knowledge of company computer systems including Microsoft Office with emphasis on creating and using Excel worksheets.

• Verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask.

• Ability to speak a second language – (Spanish) preferred.

• Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor that reflects the company’s policies.

• Reflect the company’s image at all times.
